This role focuses on packing, labeling, and inspecting organic products while following food safety, quality, and workplace safety standards. You'll work as part of a team to meet daily production goals.Key ResponsibilitiesPack organic products quickly and accurately on a production lineAssemble packaging (boxes, bags, trays, clamshells, etc.) as neededApply and verify labels (product, lot/date codes, seals)Inspect finished goods for defects (damaged packaging, incorrect labels, missing items)Keep the work area clean and organized (5S / housekeeping standards)Follow all food safety and hygiene requirements (PPE, handwashing, contamination prevention)Communicate issues to the lead/supervisor (quality concerns, low materials, line slowdowns)Meet hourly/daily productivity and quality expectationsRequirements / QualificationsAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and stay on taskStrong attention to detail (quality checks, labeling accuracy)Able to follow written and verbal instructionsDependable attendance and punctualityTeam-player mindset; able to work with others on a linePhysical RequirementsLift up to 30 lbs (Tier 3)Standing, walking, bending, and repetitive hand motions throughout the shiftAbility to handle repetitive tasks at production speedWork EnvironmentProduction/warehouse setting handling organic food productsPPE may be required (hairnet, gloves, mask, apron, etc.) depending on area
