System Administrator

Alchemy Technology Group

Baton Rouge, LA

Responsibilities

  • Maintain system efficiency and manage Azure Active Directory (Entra ID), hybrid cloud integrations, and synchronization services
  • Support endpoint management and mobile device administration
  • Manage Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Intune
  • Manage a Citrix environment
  • Assist with budgeting, vendor coordination, hardware procurement, and asset management
  • Evaluate and modify system performance

Technical Skill Required:

  • Citrix Administration
  • Cisco Meraki Firewalls and VPNs
  • Fortinet Switching
  • Microsoft 365 Admin
  • Active Directory and Group Policy
  • SQL
  • Assisting with helpdesk tickets

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or related field
  • 5+ years' experience as System Administrator
  • Strong analytical skills
