Responsibilities Administer day‑to‑day clinic functions, including document management, tracking resources, and internal/external communication with referral sources. Provide support for inbound calls from prospective and current clients/families. Become a subject‑matter expert on autism to explain services to families. Handle marketing and admissions tasks to support the operations manager and clinical leadership. Actively embody and promote core values—learning, team, excellence, caring, and fun—and serve as a cultural role model. Qualifications Positive, engaging attitude toward families. Experience in administrative work, customer service, client relations, or related areas—ideally with interest in healthcare for children with ASD.
