Part Time Sales Assistant, Weekends - Cuba, MO

McBride Homes is looking for a Part‑Time Sales Assistant to work at our community in the Cuba area. McBride is Missouri's largest home builder and is an industry leader in residential new home construction. With an expected 1,000 closings in 2026, McBride Homes is proud to be recognized as the 33rd largest privately‑owned builder in the United States and the 69th largest overall according to Builder Magazine. This is a weekend position; hours are 10:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. on Saturdays and Sundays. Pay rate is $18.00/hr. The ideal candidate will have customer service or sales experience, excellent communication skills and a professional appearance and demeanor. Basic computer skills are required. Our Sales Assistants take home buyers on a tour of our beautiful display homes and help them understand the floor plans and unique features available. You will help keep the sales momentum going by scheduling appointments, following up with prospects, performing administrative tasks, and keeping the sales office organized. You will meet a variety of interesting people, and no day is ever the same.
