Associate Director Amazon & Marketplaces

R2 are partnered with an established retail brand who are on the lookout for an Associate Director of Amazon & Marketplace to lead e-commerce strategy and day-to-day sales management across Amazon and other online/digital retail accounts. This role owns key account relationships, drives new item launches and core-line growth, and partners closely with the product team, inventory, operations, and sales leadership to deliver profitable sales, strong account execution, and a consistent digital retail strategy. What you'll do: Oversee day-to-day priorities of the team, ensuring consistent execution across the department Lead the team in maximizing online and digital channel sales, including new item launches, initial orders, reorders, core-line growth, pre-order strategy, promotional opportunities, and account-specific initiatives Build and maintain strong relationships with leadership, omni-channel team, creative departments, inventory, operations, finance and analytics teams to ensure account plans are aligned with company priorities and account requirements Strategize the development and growth of new and core product lines across Amazon and other online/digital accounts Coordinate with account contacts and internal partners to share, define, and execute promotional, merchandising, marketing, and discoverability opportunities across online stores and digital channels Build and manage monthly, seasonal, and annual account budgets, including sales forecasts, promotional plans, co-op/merchandising investments, and performance tracking against plan Use data, reporting, and account insights to evaluate item performance, promotional effectiveness, inventory position, consumer demand, and emerging online retail opportunities Who's the right fit: Strong experience across Amazon, .com, or other marketplace channels Strong financial acumen and analytics skills Ability to work well under pressure and problem solve Proactive and able to adapt to changing priorities and environments Proven ability to successfully plan and manage at both the strategic and operational levels #J-18808-Ljbffr R2 Global
