Key Responsibilities:
- ERP Implementation:
- Lead the end-to-end implementation of Sage Intacct ERP, ensuring successful deployment and alignment with organizational goals.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and design solutions that meet the company's needs.
- Customization and Configuration:
- Customize the Sage Intacct ERP system to address specific business requirements.
- Configure modules, workflows, and dashboards to optimize the ERP system's performance and usability.
- Data Migration:
- Oversee the migration of data from legacy systems to Sage Intacct, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
- Develop and execute data migration plans in collaboration with the IT and data teams.
- Integration Management:
- Manage the integration of Sage Intacct with other systems and applications, fostering seamless data flow across the organization.
- Work closely with the IT team to develop and maintain integrations that enhance overall business efficiency.
- User Training and Support:
- Develop and conduct training programs for end-users to ensure a smooth transition to the new ERP system.
- Provide ongoing support to users, addressing issues, and troubleshooting system-related problems.
- System Upgrades and Maintenance:
- Stay current with Sage Intacct updates, patches, and new features.
- Plan and execute system upgrades, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
- Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of the ERP system configuration, customizations, and integrations.
- Generate and analyze reports to assess the performance of the ERP system and identify areas for improvement.
- Quality Assurance:
- Conduct regular audits of the Sage Intacct ERP system to ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.
- Implement quality assurance measures to minimize errors and optimize system performance.
- Collaboration and Communication:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, IT, and operations, to align ERP strategies with business objectives.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project progress and addressing concerns proactively.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in implementing and managing Sage Intacct ERP systems.
- Strong understanding of finance and accounting processes.
- Excellent project management and leadership skills.
- Solid knowledge of ERP best practices, customization, and configuration.
- Proficiency in data migration and integration strategies.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Sage Intacct Certification.
- Experience with other ERP systems.
- Knowledge of cloud-based ERP solutions.
- Familiarity with scripting languages and ERP-related technologies.
