Duration: 12 months

Job Summary: The Sage Intacct ERP Lead is responsible for overseeing the implementation, customization, and optimization of the Sage Intacct ERP system within an organization. This role involves collaborating with various departments to understand business processes, designing effective ERP solutions, and providing technical leadership throughout the project lifecycle.


Key Responsibilities:

1. ERP Implementation:
   • Lead the end-to-end implementation of Sage Intacct ERP, ensuring successful deployment and alignment with organizational goals.
   • Collaborate with key stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and design solutions that meet the company's needs.

1. Customization and Configuration:
   • Customize the Sage Intacct ERP system to address specific business requirements.
   • Configure modules, workflows, and dashboards to optimize the ERP system's performance and usability.

1. Data Migration:
   • Oversee the migration of data from legacy systems to Sage Intacct, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
   • Develop and execute data migration plans in collaboration with the IT and data teams.

1. Integration Management:
   • Manage the integration of Sage Intacct with other systems and applications, fostering seamless data flow across the organization.
   • Work closely with the IT team to develop and maintain integrations that enhance overall business efficiency.

1. User Training and Support:
   • Develop and conduct training programs for end-users to ensure a smooth transition to the new ERP system.
   • Provide ongoing support to users, addressing issues, and troubleshooting system-related problems.

1. System Upgrades and Maintenance:
   • Stay current with Sage Intacct updates, patches, and new features.
   • Plan and execute system upgrades, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.

1. Documentation and Reporting:
   • Maintain comprehensive documentation of the ERP system configuration, customizations, and integrations.
   • Generate and analyze reports to assess the performance of the ERP system and identify areas for improvement.

1. Quality Assurance:
   • Conduct regular audits of the Sage Intacct ERP system to ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.
   • Implement quality assurance measures to minimize errors and optimize system performance.

1. Collaboration and Communication:
   • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, IT, and operations, to align ERP strategies with business objectives.
   • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project progress and addressing concerns proactively.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in implementing and managing Sage Intacct ERP systems.
• Strong understanding of finance and accounting processes.
• Excellent project management and leadership skills.
• Solid knowledge of ERP best practices, customization, and configuration.
• Proficiency in data migration and integration strategies.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Sage Intacct Certification.
• Experience with other ERP systems.
• Knowledge of cloud-based ERP solutions.
• Familiarity with scripting languages and ERP-related technologies.
