Executive Director – Twin Falls, Idaho Harrison's Hope Hospice is seeking an Executive Director for our Twin Falls, Idaho team. At Harrison's Hope Hospice, we help families through their toughest moments - and we support our clinicians every step of the way. We prioritize connection over quotas, to build trust and truly focus on care. Schedule Monday‑Friday, 8am‑5pm, on call responsibilities as needed. Relocation Open to candidates willing to relocate. Benefits Great culture and team atmosphere 401(k) retirement plan with a generous company match Generous time off accruals Paid holidays Education Reimbursement Employee Referral Bonus Program Bonus Eligible Merit Increases Employee Discount Marketplace Responsibilities Maintain positive internal and external customer service relationships Manage the agency’s program through delegation of responsibility to administrative and supervisory personnel according to their abilities and defined responsibilities Monitor methods of program administration, planning, supervising, and evaluating Monitor day‑to‑day compliance with regulatory and reimbursement requirements Manage the development and implementation of administrative policies and procedures Establish functions and qualifications for all personnel Determine staffing needs and patterns according to program requirement and with consideration for utilization of personnel at their maximum potential Authorize appointments to staff positions in collaboration with the VP of Operations Oversee compliance with personnel policies and proceduresNegotiate and execute contracts with community providers for service and monitor program compliance with contractual agreements Qualifications Graduate from an accredited registered nursing program strongly preferred Minimum associate degree in business, healthcare or related field and a minimum of 5 years related experience Minimum of 3 years of supervisory or administrative experience in a hospice or home health setting Experienced in program administration including knowledge of healthcare policies and reimbursement practices #J-18808-Ljbffr Addus HomeCare
