Construction Project Manager - Commercial Construction - Base Salary to 190k/year - Goldens Bridge, NY Our client is an established commercial general contractor that manages complex ground-up and renovation construction projects throughout the Northeast. Projects include healthcare, institutional, education, multifamily, and other large commercial construction environments. The company is seeking a Construction Project Manager to oversee field execution, project coordination, scheduling, budgeting, and subcontractor management on large-scale commercial projects. This role is primarily field-based and requires daily onsite presence at project locations within commuting distance of Goldens Bridge, NY. The ideal candidate will have experience managing ground-up commercial construction projects for a general contractor environment. Responsibilities Lead day-to-day execution of commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout Manage project teams including Superintendents, Project Engineers, subcontractors, and vendors Oversee project safety, quality control, scheduling, budgeting, forecasting, and documentation Develop and maintain construction schedules and short-term look-ahead schedules Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, requisitions, meeting minutes, and project reporting Coordinate subcontractor activities and assist with constructability and field coordination issues Support MEP coordination and ensure alignment between field operations and project plans Maintain communication with owners, architects, engineers, inspectors, and internal stakeholders Monitor project costs and help ensure projects remain on schedule and within budget Participate in project meetings and provide regular progress updates Qualifications 5+ years of construction project management experience Experience managing commercial construction projects for a general contractor Experience with ground-up construction projects Experience managing project budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and project documentation Experience with construction project management software Ability to work onsite daily at project locations within commuting distance of Goldens Bridge, NY Compensation Base salary in the 115k – 190k/year range Annual bonus structure Health insurance programs fully paid for employee by company 2 weeks PTO to start 7.5% company-funded pension plan Long-term growth opportunity #J-18808-Ljbffr AllSearch Professional Staffing
