Learn more about #DSGFinance here: Job Duties & Responsibilities Independently performs general accounting activities for the monthly financial statement close, bi-weekly forecast, and annual budget processes. Activities require insight and depth of understanding of business drivers. Conducts pertinent investigation of assigned accounts; understands and communicates causes of variances between actual, forecasted, budgeted and last year results. Uses judgment to determine its significance/relevance. Effectively collaborates with cross-functional business partners to source relevant data needed, understand business drivers that cause variances to expectations, size future financial risks and opportunities and communicate the results of financial analyses. Drive process and productivity improvements within Accounting, to liberate time for reinvestment in analytics and business support. Leverage existing systems and new solutions such as Alteryx and UI Path.
