Seeking a detail-oriented and organized professional, the full-time Senior Medical Editor will manage editorial services including medical editing, copyediting, proofreading, and fact-checking for pharmaceutical advertising materials while working remotely. Key responsibilities: Edit content for clarity, accuracy, and adherence to style guidelines, utilizing AI tools for support Participate in the content review process, ensuring fact-checking and accurate referencing throughout all project stages Lead assigned launches and mentor junior team members while coordinating tasks with other departments to meet project deadlines Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent education plus professional experience 5+ years of editing experience in a healthcare or pharmaceutical advertising agency environment Thorough knowledge of current AMA style and familiarity with FDA requirements for drug promotion Proven ability to manage shifting priorities and deadlines in high-pressure situations Experience with Adobe Acrobat Professional, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft PowerPoint Virtual Vocations Inc
