The Sanitation Technician is responsible for the cleanliness and sanitation of all items used in the kitchen. Items must be cleaned and stored in a timely manner. The Sanitation Technician can also act as a porter in ensuring that deliveries are efficiently received and stored. Product rotation and organization of storage areas must also be maintained. Every production unit has a daily production target to support our stores in the local area. We operate 7 days a week therefore you must be flexible with your schedule to support the business needs.What you will do…Make ordinary cleaning extraordinaryWash and sanitize pots, pans and trays by hand and/or machineReturn all cleaned and sanitized dishes/pots to the designed areasComplete all assigned prep workRemoves trash and garbage to dumpster area throughout entire shift and properly returns trash cans to designated areasAssemble, maintain, operate and break down dish machineAttend daily briefings in-service and safety meetingsMaintain good working relationships with coworkers, customers, administrators and managers.Keep a clean and safe work environment adhering to all safety and sanitation standardsGeneral housekeeping, including cleaning staff bathroomsWho you are…Flexible to work on other duties outside of your main responsibilities when needed and as assignedMust be able to work in a chilled environment that is maintained below 40° when requiredAble to work with different water temperaturesAdhere to all safety and sanitation standardsAbility to stand, stoop, kneel, wipe, reach, bend and lift.Subject to lifting up to 50lbsExposure to some potential food allergens such as shrimp, soy, nuts/nut products, and sesame.Ability to read, write and speak EnglishMust be able to perform duties that require standing for long periods of time and fast movementAbility to multi-task and handle multiple priorities during the shiftThe Finer PrintWho you report to: Sanitation SupervisorStatus: Full time, Non-exempt, Fort Worth 76155NOTE: Snap Kitchen is an Equal Employment Opportunity employer.
