Your Role

• Identify potential healthcare candidates leveraging both our innovative platform and your personal network
• Reach out to prospective candidates, introducing them to MLR opportunities, and assessing their interest
• Coordinate meetings between candidates and our recruiters for thorough interviews
• Follow up with potential candidates to sustain interest and support their hiring journey
• Ensure accurate and current records in our applicant tracking system
• Earn commissions for meetings arranged, interviews conducted, and successful hires from your leads

Compensation Structure

This is a performance-driven, commission-only position. This means there are no limits on your earnings nor constraints on your potential!

Your earnings will be based on the value you bring:

• Commission for every qualified meeting you set
• Additional earnings for interviews that arise from your outreach
• Commissions multiplied on new business generated
• Bonus commissions for successful placements connected to your leads
• Extra income opportunities based on your performance (e.g., retention bonuses)

We maintain transparency in tracking your performance every dollar earned directly corresponds to the action you take.
