You will help patients understand their rights and responsibilities, and guide them in managing the physical, mental, emotional, and financial demands of End Stage Renal Disease. Requirements Meets all state‑required regulations to practice in the dialysis setting. Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) with a specialization in clinical practice. Demonstrated knowledge of government and private insurance programs. Basic computer skills in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and functional proficiency with DaVita specific applications within 60 days. Salary The salary range for this role is $84,300 – $115,000 per year. Successful candidates will be paid at least the minimum wage according to their geographical jurisdiction and the exemption status for the position. Washington Exempt: $80,168.40 per year.
