A well-established, physician-led healthcare system in Northwest Indiana is seeking a BE/BC Orthopedic Hand Surgeon to join its growing orthopedic team. This is an excellent opportunity to build a focused hand surgery practice within a highly supportive and collaborative environment while enjoying immediate volume, strong APP support, and access to state-of-the-art facilities and technology.

* Build a focused Orthopedic Hand Surgery practice within a growing orthopedic program

* Join a team of established orthopedic surgeons within a physician-led PSA structure

* Flexible clinic + OR schedule with the ability to shape your practice

* New, fully equipped operating rooms with MAKO robotics available

* Strong APP support with 4 dedicated advanced practice providers

* Sports team affiliations and opportunities for sports-related coverage

* High patient demand with volumes ranging from approximately 30-70 patients per day

* Competitive compensation package including approximately $650,000 base salary + RVU production incentives

* $50,000 sign-on bonus plus relocation assistance

* Residency stipend available
