Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Qualifications:

• Current and active Minnesota SLP license required
• Experience in school-based settings highly desirable
• Proficiency in working with students in elementary, middle, and high school populations
• Strong collaboration skills and ability to work with multidisciplinary teams
• Exceptional communication abilities with students, families, and staff
• Commitment to fostering a supportive and inclusive learning environment

Responsibilities:

• Conduct screenings, evaluations, and assessments to identify students’ speech and language needs
• Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) with measurable goals
• Deliver direct and consultative speech and language therapy services
• Maintain thorough and accurate documentation to comply with all state and district requirements
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and specialists to maximize student outcomes
• Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed throughout the school year
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the multidisciplinary process
