OB/GYN Physician

CHRISTUS Trinity Clinic, in collaboration with CHRISTUS St. Michael Health System in Texarkana, is seeking a BE/BC OB/GYN physician to join an established and growing practice. This unique opportunity offers the stability and support of an employed practice model while providing the ability to maximize earnings through a highly competitive RVU-based compensation plan. The incoming physician will benefit from the support of three experienced Advanced Practice Clinicians, enabling a focus on inpatient care, surgical services, and obstetrical call. Practice Info Located on a picturesque 120-acre wooded campus, home to two CHRISTUS St. Michael hospitals, medical offices, and specialty clinics Modern clinic space featuring 12 exam rooms, a dedicated procedure room for colposcopies, physician offices, laboratory services, and on-site ultrasound Average delivery volume of 50 to 60 births per month, with a cesarean section rate of approximately 25% Level III Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) available on campus 311-bed acute care hospital with a Level III Emergency Department and a full range of medical specialties represented Epic EMR utilized across both clinic and hospital settings Responsibilities Outpatient OB/GYN care Surgical procedures Rotating OB call Participation in the call schedule for practice patients Hospital rounds Compensation First-year income guarantee with a highly competitive RVU-based compensation model designed to reward individual productivity and performance No State income tax Benefits Sign-on and relocation allowance Comprehensive Medical and Dental (BCBS) Insurance Professional Liability Insurance 403(b) Matched Savings Plan Shift & Schedule OBGYNs from this group and 2 from another OBGYN group rotate and share five (5) 24-hour calls per month for practice patients only Calls can be split between group members to be less than 24 hours Currently OBGYN rounds 3 days/per week; with a new OBGYN physician; M-F rounds will be shared Qualifications Unrestricted Texas License at start of practice Texas Registered DEA BC/BE Residency trained OB/GYN Upcoming graduation residents encouraged to inquire
