Assistant Property Manager The Assistant Property Manager (APM) will be a key team member of a high‑energy community with 190 apartment homes in Everett, MA. The APM supports the Property Manager in overseeing daily activities, including leasing, collections, resident relations, maintenance, office administration, and policy compliance. The role focuses on creating resident satisfaction while aligning with company goals. Responsibilities Lead by example, embodying core values and culture. Achieve financial objectives through rent collection and delinquency management. Conduct informational and personalized community tours to generate new leases. Build brand loyalty by ensuring every resident interaction is positive. Coach, mentor, and inspire team members. Assume leadership responsibilities when the Property Manager is absent. Qualifications College degree (preferred). 1–3 years of experience in property management, hospitality, or retail. Exposure to revenue, P&L, and budget management. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency with industry software (MRI, YARDI, Nexus preferred). Sales aptitude. Must be able to work Saturdays.
