The Role

As a Maintenance Technician, you're the backbone of the club. You make sure everything works, everything is safe, and everything looks great. When members walk in ready for their workout, you're the reason their favorite machine is ready to go. Your work keeps the club moving. Your work keeps our members safe. Your work makes a difference every single day.

What You Bring

• 2 years maintenance experience (preferred)
• 1 year handyman experience (preferred)
• General repair + building maintenance skills
• Basic HVAC and/or electrical knowledge
• Strong organization and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable with email, Excel, and digital logs
• Health club maintenance experience = a plus
• Reliable transportation

Physical Requirements

This is an active, hands-on role. You'll be:

• Working in a lively gym environment
• Lifting 50+ lbs
• Squatting, bending, reaching, climbing ladders
• Moving equipment
• Working with cleaning supplies, tools, and mechanical parts

What You'll Do

Your daily responsibilities include:

• Walking the facility and identifying repair needs
• Keeping accurate maintenance logs
• Working with the General Manager on repair timelines
• Reporting to the Regional Facility Maintenance Manager
• Maintaining hydromassage beds, tanning booths, and other equipment
• Ordering parts, tools, and materials
• Performing preventative maintenance on gym equipment and the facility itself
• Completing monthly OSHA safety checks
• Helping members on the floor when needed

You'll be the person everyone trusts to keep the club in top shape.
