What You'll Be Doing As our Store Manager, you'll be at the heart of our operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently. Here’s what your role will include: Overseeing the daily operations of the store to ensure a seamless experience for customers and staff. Leading and motivating a team to meet and exceed performance goals. Managing inventory, scheduling, and other operational tasks. Upholding our standards for customer service and store presentation. Collaborating with ownership to implement strategies for growth and success. What We're Looking For We’re searching for someone who brings strong managerial skills and a proactive mindset to the table. While experience in coffee is preferred, it’s not a dealbreaker—we’re happy to train the right person! Here’s what we’d love to see: At least 1 year of experience in a management or leadership role.
