Direct risk-based testing of control design and operating effectiveness across the business's control environment, including annual planning, scoping, and coverage decisions.Serve as the primary point of contact to second line Risk and Compliance, Internal Audit, and regulators on first line testing activity, including reliance discussions and examination support.Demonstrated experience building, or materially scaling, a control testing function, ideally within a regulated financial institution’s first line of defense.Deep working knowledge of the three lines of defense model, as well as the practical distinctions between 1LOD testing, 2LOD independent testing, and Internal Audit.Subsidiary:PayPalTravel Percent:0-The base pay for this role will depend on where you work and the relevant experience and expertise you bring.
