Employer: Parrots Lab Position: Content Creator & Social Media Coordinator Location: Banning, CA (In‑Person) Hours: Part‑time, 20 hrs/week Hourly Schedule: $20/hr (no benefits) About the employer: At Parrots Lab, we help entrepreneurs and businesses stand out like never before. We create podcasts, videos, social media content, and marketing strategies that help our clients become unforgettable. We're looking for someone who is wildly creative, kind‑hearted, and genuinely enjoys working with people. This is not a role for someone who simply schedules posts. This is a role for someone who sees content opportunities everywhere, loves bringing ideas to life, and knows how to make people feel comfortable, confident, and excited. Responsibilities Content Creation: film behind‑the‑scenes content; capture photos and videos; create Instagram Reels, TikToks, and YouTube Shorts; assist during podcast recordings; help develop creative content ideas. Social Media Management: schedule and publish content; write captions; monitor engagement; assist with content calendars. Client Experience: welcome clients into the studio; help clients feel comfortable during shoots; maintain professional communication; build positive relationships with entrepreneurs and business owners. Creative Collaboration: participate in brainstorming sessions; bring fresh ideas to client projects; identify opportunities to help clients stand out; stay up‑to‑date on social media trends. What Success Looks Like You walk into a podcast recording and immediately spot three great Reel ideas. You help a nervous client relax before filming. You hear a great quote during a meeting and instantly think that it should be a social post. You proactively bring fresh ideas to the team and help clients feel seen, supported, and excited about their content. Skills We Value Most Creativity, positive attitude, communication skills, emotional intelligence, reliability. Technical Skills: Canva, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, CapCut or other video editing software; basic photography/video skills. The Kind of Person We'll Love Walks into a room and brings good energy.
