Travel-Ready Nanny Needed in Charlottesville, VA - ASAP Start

Full-Time, Live-Out Nanny Location : Charlottesville, VA Schedule : Monday-Friday, generally 10:00 AM-6:00 PM (40 guaranteed hours/week). Flexibility is required for approximately two date nights per month, 1-2 domestic trips per quarter, and occasional schedule adjustments with advance notice. They hope to find someone interested in making a 3-4 year commitment and becoming a trusted extension of their family. Responsibilities

• Provide attentive, nurturing care for the infant throughout the day

• Care for both children when the 3-year-old is home from preschool and on school breaks

• Plan engaging, age-appropriate activities that encourage learning and development

• Prepare meals and snacks for the children and assist with dinner preparation

• Complete children's laundry and maintain wardrobes

• Keep children's bedrooms, playrooms, nursery, and supplies clean, organized, and well-stocked weekly

• Partner closely with Mom to maintain consistent routines and support the children's development

• Assist with additional child-related projects as needed

• Minimum 5+ years of professional nanny experience in a private household

• Significant infant and toddler experience

• Excellent, verifiable references

• Legal authorization to work in the U.S.

• CPR & First Aid certified (or willing to obtain)

• Strong swimmer preferred

• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle

• Comfortable with domestic travel

• Early Childhood Education background is a plus
