Are you a dependable night owl who enjoys providing exceptional guest service? Aloft Omaha West by Marriott is looking for a Full-Time Night Auditor to join our team! This position is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, self-motivated, and takes pride in creating a clean, welcoming environment for our guests.

What You'll Do:

• Welcome guests with Marriott's signature hospitality during overnight hours.
• Perform guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently and professionally.
• Complete the nightly audit and reconcile daily financial transactions.
• Answer phones, respond to guest requests, and resolve concerns in a courteous manner.
• Prepare reports and ensure the front desk is ready for the morning shift.
• Maintain the safety and security of the hotel throughout the overnight hours.

Housekeeping & Cleaning Responsibilities:

• Clean and organize the front desk and lobby throughout the shift.
• Sweep, mop, and maintain public areas to ensure they remain guest-ready.
• Restock coffee station, market items, and guest amenities.
• Empty trash and replace liners in public areas as needed.
• Clean public restrooms and maintain high cleanliness standards.
• Assist with light housekeeping duties and other cleaning projects as assigned to help keep the hotel looking its best.

Qualifications:

• Previous hotel or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
• Basic computer skills and the ability to learn Marriott operating systems.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and make sound decisions overnight.
• Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work weekends and holidays as needed.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and remain active throughout the shift.
