Join our team at Santa Clarita Post-Acute, a leading skilled nursing facility in Newhall. We are currently seeking dedicated healthcare professionals for a rewarding position in patient rehabilitation. As part of our 99-bed facility, you will have the opportunity to provide essential therapies and care services to help individuals regain their baseline and achieve personal goals. We value our skilled rehab professionals who can guide patients through personalized therapy and provide ongoing support.
- Qualifications:
- Current license to practice as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant in the state of California
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in a skilled nursing facility
- Knowledge of current occupational therapy practice standards and regulations
- Proficient in using electronic medical records and other healthcare software
