The Chief Intellectual Property & Knowledge Auditor serves as the forensic investigator and commercialization architect of institutional intelligence. In scaling enterprises and established professional firms, millions of dollars in enterprise valuation are routinely lost because critical operational systems, decision frameworks, and proprietary know-how exist solely as tribal knowledge—trapped in founders' minds or scattered across disconnected internal communications.

Leading our Proprietary Knowledge Asset Auditing stream, this partner diagnoses, captures, and formalizes hidden organizational expertise. By executing operational deep-dive audits and knowledge-gap diagnostics, the Chief Knowledge Auditor converts undocumented workflows into high-margin corporate assets: proprietary business playbooks, trade secret repositories, institutional certification programs, and citable operating standards. Operating in direct partnership with founders, executive boards, and family office principals, this partner de-risks key-person dependency, unlocks new licensing revenue streams, and tangibly expands corporate enterprise valuation prior to capital raises or M&A transactions.

• IP Productization & Manual Engineering: Package extracted institutional knowledge into enterprise-grade business playbooks, internal mastery curricula, and commercial white-label licensing packages.
  

• Enterprise Valuation & Monetization Reports: Author analytical valuation deliverables demonstrating exactly how extracted and formalized knowledge assets eliminate key-person risk, optimize workforce scalability, and elevate business valuation for M&A or exit events.
  

• Stream Leadership & Quality Standards: Direct the Proprietary Knowledge Asset Auditing service stream, managing operational analysts, technical documentation specialists, and process cartographers to ensure audit deliverables meet DADYMINDS' highest standards.
  

Requirements 5. Candidate Requirements
A. Education & Academic Pedigree

• Master’s Degree (Required), MBA, JD (Intellectual Property Concentration), or Ph.D. Preferred in Knowledge Management, Industrial Engineering, Operations Research, Business Administration, or Law.
  

• Documented track record of authoring enterprise operational handbooks, corporate process architectures, patent/IP documentation, or management consulting diagnostic deliverables.
  

B. Professional Experience

• 5+ years of senior-level advisory experience within top-tier operations consultancies (e.g., McKinsey Operations, Bain, Accenture Strategy), specialized knowledge management practices, or corporate IP strategy units.
  

• Demonstrated experience partnering directly with founders, C-suite officers, and family office principals to audit, map, and monetize proprietary workflows.
  

• Proven track record of guiding enterprise clients through IP capitalization, franchise playbook creation, or post-merger integration documentation.
