Located in Rialto, CA Salary: $23.50 Maintenance / Sanitation Assistant- Graveyard Shift Rialto, CAPay: $23.50 Express Employment Professionals in San Bernardino is currently seeking a Maintenance / Sanitation Assistant for a full-time opportunity with a reputable logistics/food manafacturing facility in Rialto, CA. We are looking for dependable, detail-oriented individuals with AIB/SQF experience who are committed to maintaining high sanitation, safety, and quality standards. Key Responsibilities:
- Perform daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual cleaning and facility inspections
- Maintain janitorial and sanitation records required for AIB/SQF inspections
- Ensure facility housekeeping meets AIB/SQF standards at all times
- Participate in AIB/SQF inspections under supervision or SQF Practitioner guidance
- Inspect equipment and supplies including debris blower/vacuum, scrubber, power-washer, snow plow/blower, pallet jack, forklift, and cleaning chemicals
- Assist with loading and unloading; count and verify supplies, records, and pallets
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to increase operational efficiency
- Maintain safety, quality, productivity, and customer service standards
- 2-3 years of sanitation experience required
- AIB/SQF experience required
- Knowledge of AIB/SQF standards and regulations
- Ability to operate forklift, pallet jack, scrubber, power-washer, debris blower/vacuum, and snow plow/blower
- Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions, and procedure manuals
- Basic math skills required
- Ability to write legibly and maintain accurate records
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to teamwork
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
