Here, you're appreciated as a person, not just a number.Precision Grinder DutiesSet up, operate, and adjust grinding, honing, or related machines according to blueprints and product specifications.Select and install tooling, fixtures, and materials; position and secure workpieces manually using clamps or chucks.Measure and inspect parts using precision instruments (micrometers, gauges, etc.) to maintain tolerances of +/-.001 to.00002 on I.D. and O.D. dimensions.Monitor machine operations, identify issues, and make necessary adjustments to ensure quality output.Maintain a clean work area and perform other duties as assigned by supervisor or management.Schedule2nd Shift: Monday – Friday, 2:00 p.m. – 10:30 p.m.PayLevel I: $27/hr. - $35/hr.Level II: $35/hr. - $45/hr.Level III: $40/hr. - $50/hr.10% shift differential for 2nd shiftPrecision Grinder Requirements3+ years of experience in Outside Diameter (OD) grind machiningHands-on precision grinding experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environmentSkilled in cylindrical, centerless, and ID/OD grinding operationsHigh school diploma or equivalent requiredMust be a U.S. Person per ITAR regulations due to access to controlled dataBenefits Offered By Employer Upon Permanent HireMedical, dental, and vision insurance3 weeks of PTO401(k) with 50% match of 6%, plus an additional 3% non-matching contribution after 1 year12 paid holidays, including a full week off between Christmas and New Year'sLocationBurbank, CA
