Taylor Lightning Protection is looking for hardworking individuals who are excited to travel throughout the Southeast , work with their hands, and build a long-term career in the construction industry.

This is a travel position. Our crews travel weekly to projects across North Carolina and neighboring states. If you're someone who enjoys seeing new places, working on unique projects, and being part of a close-knit team, this could be the perfect opportunity.

We're hosting an Invitation-Only Hiring Day on Monday, August 24, from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM.

Please Note: This is not a walk-in hiring event. All candidates must apply online and complete our pre-screening process before attending. Qualified applicants will receive an invitation with event details.

What We're Looking For

Someone who enjoys traveling and can be away from home during the work week.
18 years of age or older.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Able to pass a medical exam and drug screening.
Able to lift up to 80 lbs. and work comfortably on rooftops and ladders.
Honest, dependable, and enjoys working outdoors.
Construction or electrical experience is a plus, but we'll train motivated individuals with the right attitude.

What You'll Be Doing

Installing lightning protection systems on commercial and industrial buildings.
Reading blueprints and construction drawings.
Installing grounding systems and lightning protection cables.
Working safely as part of a team.
Building a rewarding career while traveling throughout the Southeast.
