divh2Mail Processing Technician/h2pAs a Mail Processing Technician, you will play a crucial role in the initial stages of our mail processing pipeline. Your primary responsibility is to manually open and inspect all incoming mail with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail. This includes carefully extracting and sorting payments (coins, checks, cash) by client and promptly escalating any valuable items to a supervisor. You will be responsible for preparing mail for the next team and ensuring a steady, uninterrupted workflow to consistently meet all service level agreements (SLAs).
