What You'll Do
As an LPN, you'll play an essential role in providing compassionate, resident-centered care by:
- Delivering skilled nursing care that promotes each resident's health, comfort, and independence
- Administering medications and treatments according to physician orders and nursing standards
- Monitoring residents for changes in condition and communicating updates to the healthcare team
- Collaborating with physicians, Registered Nurses, therapists, and other interdisciplinary team members
- Supervising and supporting Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs)
- Maintaining accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Promoting resident safety, dignity, and quality of life
- Helping create a positive, respectful environment for residents, families, and coworkers
Qualifications
- Current Colorado Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license or compact state license
- Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Compassionate, dependable, and resident-focused
- Long-term care experience preferred but not required
