Recruiting Coordinator / Recruiting Administrator (Contract) We are seeking an experienced Recruiting Coordinator to provide administrative support to a fast‑paced recruiting team. This contract role will work closely with hiring managers and internal stakeholders to support the full hiring process from interview coordination through offer generation. Contract Details Contract Duration: ~3 months Potential to Extend: Yes Pay Rate: $22-$23/hour Schedule: Hybrid - 4 days in-office, 1 day remote Key Responsibilities Provide administrative and coordination support to the Recruiting team Coordinate candidate interviews, including scheduling and travel arrangements Maintain candidate files and update internal databases and tracking systems Review resumes and assist with employment history verification and reference checks Coordinate with external employment agencies as needed Generate and distribute offer letters Support hiring managers and client groups throughout the selection and hiring process Qualifications 4+ years of experience in recruiting coordination, HR administration, or a related administrative role Strong organizational and time‑management skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline‑driven environment Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and Microsoft Office tools This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys supporting recruitment efforts and working in a collaborative, professional office environment.
