LPN: Direct Patient Care & Care Plan Support

Atrium Health is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to provide direct patient care in accordance with established policies, procedures and standards of care in Alabama. You will assist with assessment, develop and implement care plans under the direction of registered nurses, support patient teaching, document interventions and communicate changes in patient condition.
