As a Travel & Hospitality Specialist, you'll assist clients with researching destinations, exploring vacation options, coordinating travel arrangements, and creating personalized experiences. What Success Looks Like Successful Travel & Hospitality Specialists are organized, dependable, proactive, and committed to delivering excellent customer service. They take the time to understand their clients' preferences, communicate professionally, and manage travel arrangements with attention to detail. Key Responsibilities Assist clients with planning vacations, accommodations, cruises, and travel experiences. Research destinations, hotels, resorts, cruise lines, and vacation packages. Recommend travel options based on client preferences, interests, and budgets. Coordinate reservations, transportation, excursions, and other travel arrangements. Communicate with hotels, resorts, cruise lines, and travel suppliers. Provide clients with reservation confirmations, travel information, and important updates. Maintain organized client records and manage booking deadlines. Respond professionally to client questions and assist with reservation changes. Stay informed about hospitality trends, travel destinations, and supplier promotions. Develop client relationships through professional communication, marketing, and follow-up. Qualifications Must be at least 18 years of age. High school diploma or GED equivalent. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills. Basic computer skills, including email, online research, and web-based applications. Reliable internet access and regular access to a computer. Strong organizational and time-management abilities. Comfortable working independently and managing personal responsibilities. Willingness to learn about destinations, hospitality services, and travel booking systems. Previous experience in travel, hospitality, customer service, sales, or related fields is preferred but not required. Preferred Skills Passion for travel, tourism, and hospitality. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. Ability to research and compare travel options. Comfortable communicating with clients through phone, email, and virtual meetings.
