Tips are shared across the team and added to your hourly payKey Responsibilities:-Welcome guests with friendly, genuine hospitality.-Prepare coffee, espresso, tea, and specialty beverages to company standards.-Serve pastries, package bakery items, and answer guest questions about products.-Operate the POS system and accurately process transactions.-Restock displays, beverages, and supplies throughout the shift.-Deliver food to guests accurately.-Clear, clean, and reset tables efficiently to ensure tables are ready for incoming guests.-Maintain a clean, organized café, pastry case, and service area.-Follow food safety, sanitation, and company procedures.-Dishwashing and kitchen cleaning as needed, maintaining a clean and organized workspace is a shared team responsibility.-Support teammates and assist with opening and closing duties.Requirements:Qualifications:-Customer service or café experience preferred.-Positive attitude and strong communication skills.-Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.-Reliable, team-oriented, and eager to learn.-Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 pounds.All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, or status as a protected veteran
