RN - OR

This is a 13-week contract position, working four 10-hour shifts from Monday to Friday with rotating days off. Job Description The Surgical Services RN will provide comprehensive care in a surgical services unit, excluding cardiovascular, neurosurgery, and orthopedic surgery. This position requires flexibility to work in various surgical lines while ensuring optimal patient outcomes. Responsibilities Circulate in the operating room, ensuring a safe and effective surgical environment. Collaborate with surgical teams to provide quality care to patients. Monitor patient vitals and surgical progress, making necessary adjustments to care as required. Maintain equipment and surgical supplies, ensuring all items are sterile and available. Provide patient education and support before and after surgery. Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure Minimum of 2 years’ experience as an OR circulating RN. Current BLS certification is required. First-time travelers will be considered with appropriate experience. ACLs certification is preferred.
