• Greet clients and pets in a friendly, professional manner
• Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage check-ins/check-outs
• Collect payments and explain invoices clearly
• Maintain accurate patient and client records
• Communicate effectively with veterinarians and support staff
• Handle client questions and concerns with empathy and professionalism
• Keep the front desk and lobby clean, organized, and welcoming
• Assist with administrative tasks as needed
