Salary: $62,400 - $93,600 annually (based on $30-$45/hr)

We are seeking a motivated and detailoriented Senior Accountant to join a dynamic finance team. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with leadership while supporting core accounting operations, financial reporting, and reconciliations.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and post journal entries by analyzing financial data
• Maintain and support general ledger activity and account reconciliations
• Assist with monthend close , including balance sheet and bank reconciliations
• Manage daily banking transactions and account activity
• Support accounts payable functions , including vendor bill review and payment processing
• Perform monthly account reconciliations and investigate discrepancies
• Assist with external audits and prepare required documentation and schedules
• Reconcile transactions and support financial operations across multiple areas
• Partner with internal teams to support reporting and accounting needs
• Assist leadership with special projects and process improvements

What We're Looking For

• 5-7 years of accounting experience
• Strong understanding of general ledger and financial reporting
• Experience with monthend close and account reconciliations
• NetSuite experience is required
• Advanced Excel experience required
• Detailoriented with strong analytical and problemsolving skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fastpaced environment
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
