Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Culinary Arts associate degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Food Handler Certification required within 30 days of hire.
• One year in high-volume food production preferred.
• Strong communication, math, and analytical skills; Must read, write, speak, and understand English. Is able to follow written instructions and understand measurements.
• Detail-oriented, team player with experience in batch cooking, standardized recipes, and cook to order production.
• Must follow safety procedures, maintain equipment, minimize waste, and work independently.
• Uses kitchen appliances, utensils, cleaning chemicals, and hazardous materials.
