Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough and culturally sensitive mental health assessments to identify patients' unique experiences and formulate tailored treatment plans.

• Implement and monitor evidence-based therapeutic interventions that consider each patient’s cultural background, personal experiences, and mental health needs.

• Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions, employing inclusive approaches that foster a safe environment for open discussion.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid state license as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW.

Compensation and Benefits\n
