Key Responsibilities:

• Perform thorough evaluations for students presenting with speech and language disorders
• Design and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment results and student goals
• Conduct dynamic therapy sessions to address articulation, fluency, voice, language, and pragmatic concerns
• Closely monitor progress and maintain meticulous documentation to support students’ ongoing development
• Consult and collaborate with educators, caregivers, and allied professionals to promote coordinated, holistic care
• Provide family education and engagement to reinforce therapy objectives beyond the classroom

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master’s degree or higher in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
• Active state licensure or eligibility to practice as an SLP in your state
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) strongly preferred; will consider Clinical Fellows (CFY)
• Background working with pediatric or school-aged populations, especially in educational settings
• Excellent communication, organization, and teamwork skills
• Confidence working both independently and as part of a supportive team
