As a Fitness Coach , you will deliver scientifically predesigned workouts to our members. As a member of our team, you’ll use your talents to impact the lives of our members and help them achieve life-changing results.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

• Deliver predesigned workouts to groups of up to 30+ clients.
• Energize and motivate clients throughout the sessions.
• Build OTF attendance and retaining current clientele.
• Ensure safety of participants in regard to heart rate and exercise technique.
• Modify specific exercises to accommodate various skill levels.
• Handle member concerns and provide excellent customer service.
• Assist with OTF studio tours and sales.
• Provide routine cleaning and functionality of fitness facility and equipment.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

• Knowledge of exercise technique, physiology, and body mechanics.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Positive, motivating professional with a proven ability to lead clients at all fitness levels.
• Must hold current CPR/AED certification.
