Retail Territory Manager

Job Overview Retail Territory Manager at Mondelēz International – responsible for Direct Store Delivery execution and driving sales across the assigned territory. Key Responsibilities Hit monthly and quarterly sales targets by implementing retail selling methodologies. Lead and develop a team of merchandisers (full‑time and part‑time). Execute flawless rollout of sales priorities and merchandising programs. Provide on‑site sales consultation to customers, securing incremental opportunities. Develop data‑driven sales strategies tailored to store demographics. Build strong partnerships with store personnel. Strategically deploy merchandisers and order writers to maximize sales volume. Oversee product ordering, display execution, and unsaleables management in collaboration with FTOWs. Design and execute store schedule to strengthen relationships. Operate within safety and operational guidelines. High School Diploma or GED required; college degree preferred. Flexible work schedule including weekends and holidays. 3–5 years of selling experience with a strong sales background. Physical ability to lift up to 25 lbs., occasionally over 50 lbs. Successful completion of drug test, MVR check, and background check. Company vehicle offered, includes gas card and maintenance program. Territory Covered cities: AZ BULLHEAD CITY, AZ LAKE HAVASU CITY, AZ KINGMAN, AZ FORT MOHAVE, AZ PARKER, CA BLYTHE. Candidate must be located within 40 miles of these cities. Salary and Benefits Base salary range: California $70,304–$77,275; other states $56,200–$77,275. Position eligible for bonus program.
