Automation Controls Engineer

Description The client has been growing their automation team rapidly due to two additional capex projects they are supporting at two local sites. One site is undergoing a greenfield capex build by adding 3 packaging lines after acquiring the site this past year. The size of this project has forced the current automation team to focus only on this. The issue is the where this consultant will be based out of is also undergoing a greenfield capex project where they are adding 2 filling lines for increased production. The consultant will be tasked with assistingasssting the current automation team with the automation of these two filling lines. Day To Day Responsibilities Operating, coding, and automating MES, HMIs, and associated equipment/technology with the two automated filling lines. The consultant will also cover documentation of the changes, and development of the two automated filling lines. Work with vendors to ensure FATs are covered and oversee work done by the vendors onsite Troubleshoot the existing code/equipment for the filling lines Required Skills 6 - 10 years of experience working in automation. The consultant should have a majority of their experience in life sciences. Prior experience coding, troubleshooting, and automating a filling line Previous experience with Allen Bradley automated systems Prior experience with automating HMIs and specifically RSVIEW or Ignition Previous experience documenting troubleshooting, and associated automation documents for the filling lines. #J-18808-Ljbffr
