Job Title Buyer Working Pattern Hybrid (3 in office days a week) Working Location Indianapolis, IN We are seeking an experienced Buyer to provide outstanding service to internal stakeholders by validating and satisfying requirements efficiently and effectively, and interface with internal supplier management teams and suppliers. Responsibilities Building strong relationships with internal stakeholders, working across all areas of the business and regions Prioritize, plan and manage daily workflow, purchasing tasks, status and reporting Perform standard purchasing transactional and administrative tasks Ensure supplier selection and sourcing recommendations are in accordance with agreed commodity strategies and commercial frameworks Operate and comply with all purchasing processes, procedures and systems Identify and recommend workflow process efficiency improvements Basic Requirements Associate degree with 3+ years of purchasing, logistics or supply chain experience, OR Bachelor’s degree with 1+ years of purchasing, logistics or supply chain experience, OR Master’s degree, OR JD/PhD, OR 5+ years of purchasing, logistics or supply chain experience, in lieu of a degree In order to be eligible for consideration, you must be a U.S. Citizen Preferred Requirements Experience with Microsoft Office Suite Familiarity with purchasing and supply chain management Benefits Rolls‑Royce provides a comprehensive and competitive Total Rewards package that includes base pay and a discretionary bonus plan.
