Current Opening We are on the lookout for a Traveling Associate Dentist to become part of our expanding team. Enjoy working with children, who represent over 70% of our patient demographic. Key Responsibilities As a Traveling Associate Dentist, your primary duties will include: Delivering dental services to patients with the assistance of your team. Upholding the highest standards of integrity by complying with all government regulations, organizational standards, and compliance programs. Performing additional tasks as assigned. Practice Features Our practice is equipped with: DentaPro software Digital x-ray and Panorex units Fiber-optic handpieces Annual OSHA, HIPAA, and Emergency Management training A team ratio of 1 hygienist, 1 hygiene assistant, and 2 dental assistants per provider A patient demographic primarily consisting of ages 3-21, with up to 30% adults depending on the location An office flow averaging 10-12 operative patients and 20-25 hygiene patients A mix of state insurance plans, PPO, and out-of-network payors Qualifications We are looking for candidates who possess: A DDS/DMD degree from a dental program accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation A current, valid dental license in the states where care is provided or eligibility for licensure Any required certifications, such as CPR and DEA Nitrous Oxide certification (only for LA, MS, DC, TX, MA) A compassionate nature and a strong commitment to providing dental care to both children and adults The willingness and ability to cover the geographical areas listed below: 144 Boston Ave, Bridgeport, CT Main St, Hartford, CT Myrtle St, New Britain, CT Elm St, New Haven, CT Wolcott St, Waterbury, CT St James Ave, Springfield, MA 01104 What We Offer This role provides: Additional weekly income for traveling to various offices within your designated area, with all expenses covered (hotel, mileage, meals where applicable) Opportunities for growth and development through mentorship and collaboration Attractive sign-on bonuses and student loan repayment assistance of up to $1,000/month for specific locations Compensation and Benefits We offer: A guaranteed daily rate of $850 during the ramp-up period or a percentage of collections No lab fees Full-time providers can access Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance plans, as well as HSA/FSA options Short and Long-Term Disability and Basic Life Insurance plans covered by the organization A 401(k) Retirement Plan with company matching Company-paid malpractice insurance coverage Paid holidays and time off Continuing Education reimbursements CE opportunities through ADA Accredited Continuing Education Recognition Program (C.E.R.P) Reimbursements for licenses, certifications, and professional dues, including ADA and/or AAPD memberships Flexible scheduling options to support a healthy work/life balance VISA and Green Card sponsorship available Our Values We prioritize teamwork, mutual respect, and collaboration.
