Solicitsnewsubcontractorsandsuppliersandassurenecessarypre-qualificationstepsaretaken. Accuratelymanagedrawings,subcontractordocuments,invoicesandanyotheron-siteconstructiondocumentation. Abilitytoreadandunderstanddrawings,projectspecifications,costanalyses,andscopeofwork. Accuratelysummarizeprojectdetailsandanynecessarychanges. Tracks,maintains,anddevelopsallnecessaryclose-outdocumentstoassisttheProjectManager. Maintainsandmanagesanaccurateprojectbudgetrevisinganynecessarychangesandproperlycommunicatingchangestotheteam. Schedulesanynecessarymeetingstokeeptheteamup-to-datewithdetailedprojectsummaries Understandsandappliesanyrelatedstateandfederallaws. B.S.inConstructionManagementoraffiliateddegreesuchasArchitectureorEngineeringwithatleast5years’experienceintheconstructionindustryorequivalentcombinationofeducationandexperience. Havemanagedatleast1otherPEinaSeniorPEorPEroleonalargescale,commercial,mixed-useand/ormultifamilyprojectsorequivalentcombinationofeducationandexperience. Possessstrongknowledgebaseinalldivisionsofconstructionmanagementandabilitytofollowtheproceduressetforthineachdivision. Knowledgeoflocalconstructionrelatedcompaniesisaplus. StrongcomputerskillsincludingtheabilitytouseBluebeam/PDF,spreadsheets,onlineplanroomsandcompanycommunicationtools,suchasemail,internet,andworkingknowledgeofMicrosoftOfficeSuiteandcomputerbasedschedulingsoftware.ExperiencewithViewpointisbeneficial.
