The successful candidate will be a strategic and hands-on leader, responsible for all accounting and finance functions, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning. The CFO will work closely with executive leadership to provide strategic financial guidance, manage cash flow, banking relationships, and financing activities, and ensure compliance with GAAP, tax regulations, and audit requirements. Additionally, the role involves developing and improving financial reporting, internal controls, and driving process improvements for operational efficiencies. Applicants for the CFO position at the company should have a Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field, with at least 10 years' of progressive finance and accounting experience.
