You'll play an important role in daily restaurant operations while helping the team deliver excellent food, genuine hospitality, and consistent results.What You'll DoAs a Restaurant Manager, you'll help lead daily restaurant operations by:Leading shifts and keeping the restaurant organized, welcoming, and guest-readyCoaching, motivating, and supporting hourly team membersDelivering exceptional hospitality and responding to guest concernsEnsuring food, beverage, service, and cleanliness standards are consistently metConducting pre-shift meetings and communicating daily prioritiesSupporting team member training, scheduling, and performance managementMonitoring labor, sales, product quality, and other shift-level resultsCompleting opening, closing, cash-handling, and administrative responsibilitiesMaintaining compliance with food safety, alcohol service, workplace safety, and company policiesWorking closely with the General Manager and other managers to achieve restaurant goalsHelping create a respectful, accountable, and enjoyable workplaceSupporting other company locations when occasional business needs ariseWhat We're Looking ForOur ideal candidate is a confident, organized, and energetic leader who enjoys working alongside the team and taking ownership of the guest experience.Qualifications include:At least one to three years of restaurant leadership or management experienceStrong coaching, communication, and problem-solving skillsExperience leading busy restaurant shiftsAbility to manage multiple priorities while remaining calm and professionalBasic knowledge of scheduling, labor management, inventory, and cost controlsHigh school diploma or equivalentMust be at least 21 years oldReliable transportationBilingual skills are a plusA current Wisconsin Food Manager Certification and local operator's license are preferred.
