You’ll get to:* Inspect, diagnose, and determine appropriate repair methods for power hand tools, addressing damage, wear, or malfunction.* Disassemble, clean, repair or replace parts, and reassemble tools, ensuring proper operation and safety through thorough testing.* Adhere to safety protocols, maintain a clean and organized work area, and communicate effectively with supervisors and team members regarding repair status and tool availability.* Proactively contribute to continuous improvement by offering suggestions for systems, processes, and policies, and help identify escalating concerns, patterns, or service issues.* Demonstrate professionalism and urgency while handling stressful situations, and perform miscellaneous tasks—including projects such as 5S, Kaizen, and other duties assigned by the Supervisor or Lead.**Who You Are** You always strive to do a good job...but wouldn’t it be great if you could do your job and do a world of good?
