Qualifications and Skills:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current state licensure (or eligibility) as a Speech-Language Pathologist
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred, but Clinical Fellows will be considered
• Experience with school-aged children, including assessment and the development of IEPs
• Strong communication, organization, and time management abilities
• Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, parents, and support staff
• Familiarity with a variety of intervention strategies and therapy techniques

Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments to identify speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEPs in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team
• Deliver direct and consultative speech-language therapy services to students
• Monitor and document student progress, adjusting intervention as needed
• Participate in IEP meetings, parent conferences, and team planning sessions
• Provide resources and support to teachers and families to promote carryover and consistency
• Maintain accurate records, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and guidelines
